Funny how things change,
tables turn and solid ground shakes,
know that growth hides in the broken,
and comes patience through suffering.
I have moved on - it is over,
there is nothing left to say,
I am neutral - I am happy,
and so you will be someday.
Spinning out of a life crisis,
take some time to reflect,
allow yourself to properly heal,
you owe yourself and the next that respect.
Look ahead and what do you see,
God gives the desires of the heart,
you have the tools to do as your please,
there builds no character in calm seas.
